The topic mentioned above gives replaceAll('&','&') as the additional JS required. Should be replaceAll('&','&')

Note that there are two files that this has to be fixed in - the one mentioned in the linked post, as well as includes/apps/paypal/admin/content/balance.php

I couldn't find the PPTYPE line in <AdminURL>/paypal.php but it was in the
/includes/apps/paypal/admin/content/balance.php and that's the only change it needed!
