Problem with customers spam

Hi today I have deleted many wrong costumers, se the attached picture.
How ore what do I have to do to stop these?

The Maths Captcha add-on should help quite a lot.

I also installed the addon. Now it's over with all the spammers seeing nothing. Thanks so lot
