About the country list in Phoenix Cart:
I noticed 1.0.5.0 had a few new countries added to the list, but here is what I understand:
Timor-Leste (newly added since 1.0.5.0) = East Timor
Netherlands Antilles (dissolved in 2010, existed prior to 1.0.5.0) = constituent countries of Aruba (existed prior to 1.0.5.0), Curaçao (newly added since 1.0.5.0), and Sint Maarten (newly added since 1.0.5.0) + special municipalities of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba (newly added since 1.0.5.0). So Netherlands Antilles probably should not be on the country list.
Yugoslavia (existed prior to 1.0.5.0) = Serbia (RS)(SRB) + Montenegro (newly added since 1.0.5.0, each became independent states in 2006, with Kosovo having a dispute over its declaration of independence since 2008). So Yugoslavia probably should not be on the country list, and Serbia might be worth adding to the country list.
Zaire (collapsed in the 1990, existed prior to 1.0.5.0) = the Democratic Republic of the Congo (aka Congo-Kinshasa)
Guernsey (GG)(GGY) and Jersey (JE)(JEY) are part of the Channel Islands, carriers treat them separately and do send parcels to these two islands. So they might be worth being added to the country list.
Kosovo (XK)(XXK) -> Only a few countries recognize it as an independent country, but DHL does send parcels there.
