When enabled the customer is redirected to https://somesite.com/maintenance.php?back_time=0:00
When it is disabled ..and.. the client is just refreshing the page it loads the same page, it should be redirected if being disabled in admin.
It got me during testing,, if someone is waiting for a countdown it might get them.
(No forum enabled on this plugin for suggestion so posting here)
