Clearing Cached Pages & Cookies

Just sharing in case it's helpful to others.

When making changes to a site, cached pages and cookies can be a pain.
Time wasted puzzling over why changes are not working, even after refreshing and hard refreshing the page, or why log in won't work, then to discover it's a cached page or cookie that's causing the issues.
Of course, then use the browser's Delete Browsing Data function which clears everything including other site logins which creates another pain.
It's possible to drill down to do this for just one site but it is a hassle.

Then just discovered the function is in Dev Tools though maybe everyone else already knows this and we're the last to discover it!
Open Dev Tools, we're a mouse user so find it easiest to right click on the site page and click Inspect though if you're a keyboard user it's Ctrl+Shift+I.
Then right click (or hold) the Refresh Icon to reveal the 3rd Refresh option of Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
This then clears cached page for just that site page, not everything.

Cookies for the site can also be cleared in Dev Tools.
Click Application in the top tab menu.
Click Cookies in the left dropdown menu.
Right click the site URL.
Click the popup Clear button.
