how do i remove or change this ?

i try to change/remove the #yourphoenix #yourcommunity Snap it, Tag it, Share it. Make it yours. on home page. i looked every where, but could not find it.

or am i looking at wrong place ?

In your admin area > Modules > Content > `it is one of the index ones, select it` > Remove Module

I don't remember what it's name is, but it's one of them.
