Just wondering how everyone else is dealing with the sale of digital products and the 'shipping' of them?

Re: Digital Products
We sell over 250 downloads, most having three or six options, so there is a lot of files to maintain.
We use the standard downloads system set to use the standard settings. In most cases it works fine from a customers point of view once the download has been set up.
The problem is setting them up, but once the basics such as options and values are in place adding new products is not that hard.
Should you want to alter or update a download, or you make a mistake when creating one, then when there are lots, they are hard to find. We have thought of adding a search facility to the page, but never really gone that far with it.
We get very few complaints from customers. Any complaints we do get are mainly user created such as not returning to the website after making a payment, so missing out the order confirmation page where the download links are. The other is that users click the download links and then cannot find the folder, which is usually in their default downloads folder.
