I just released a new addon that allows you to make great menus for your store with ease. I also created a YT video showing what it can do.

Next tool is an Order Editor. Then a replacement for Easy Populate.

I found a bug in easy populate regarding tax calculation. It maybe useful for you to take it in consideration for your overhaul project.

The new tool will be built from scratch and will have no old code from EasyPopulate, but I will be reviewing all of it's functionality and making the same feature list ... just with a more structured setup

Order Editor is now available in the Addons Library
