A new PI module that allows customer to add/remove product to/from notification list. Plus: view products that have notifications attached, view the email list of people signed up to (per product) notifications, email those people, export the (per product) email lists to CSV (eg if you wanted to transfer notifications to a different provider), delete the entire (per product) notification list
