If, like me, you have to submit quarterly Vat returns, you will know what a pain it can be knowing exactly how much you have sold in a date range and the tax (Vat) value of those sales. This is made more difficult by having to ensure you don't include pending or cancelled orders.
This mod is a really simple but extremely useful feature which adds an extra page to your admin called vat_report.php
This is accessed through the admin - reports menu.
The code determines which order statuses you are using and gives you the option to either include or exclude these in the report.
Just select the statuses required, select a date range and press export CSV
The outputted .csv file is sent to downloads folder on your computer.
