This addon allows your customers to create Support Tickets.

Support Tickets can be viewed in the Admin area where shopowner can Reply To the Ticket (eg to ask for more details or to resolve the ticket), Close the ticket, Re-open a closed ticket, or Delete the ticket.

In the Shop Side the customer can View his ticket, Close the ticket, Re-open a closed ticket or Reply to an open ticket.

There are also background helper modules such as an entry in the hMenu Navbar in Admin, and a check for any Open Tickets.
