New Page in Admin that allows you to insert Canned Comments. Canned Comments are comments that you use a lot when updating Order Status. This page is linked to from the LOCALIZATION Menu

When updating an order: You have a new dropdown allowing you to select a Canned Comment This inserts the Canned Comment text into the comment box.
