Alter text in Your Order is Complete

I am trying to find the area where I can change the wording for checkout, success wording.
Where it says "Your Order is Complete"
The text below, Thank you.
Your order has been sent to the store owner -----------

Also where I can change text on the "order process" form that is emailed to customer advising them of the completed order.
