Is there a menu item to change the names and/or add more status in the status history, such as shipped?
As is there a way to add a tracking number so customers can see?

admin > Localization > Order Status; Insert.
admin > Orders > Orders; set the order comment. There may be add-ons that streamline that in some way.

Re: Is there a way to add more statuses in the status history
I make great use of this supporters code addon when updating orders. I use it to send any tracking information to the customer. Whilst it may not be connected to the delivery companies website and automatically updated it can be used to send a website link and the tracking number so the customers can check if they want. It can also be used to personalise any update order emails in any way that you want.

What does the Append Comments do? Can I use that to put tracking info in?
