I just did a new installation of 1.0.8.20 and I see the homepage, but when I try /install I don't get the setup page. Has this changed?

I installed 1.0.8.20 not that long ago and the install went as it should and as described in the User guide here https://phoenixcart.org/phoenixcartwiki ... to_Install

If you see the 1.0.8.20 homepage, then it is already installed ?

Yeah that makes sense. I guess I was just used to seeing the setup page.

Is there a procedure listed here somewhere for renaming the admin folder? I've searched. It's obviously more than just renaming the admin folder. This was something easily done on the install page.

Change the name of the folder and then edit admin/includes/configure.php

My answer wasn't particularly detailed, apologies.

If I remember correctly, there is some logic in the code so that when the shop is installed, and you then try to access the install tool, it will redirect you back to the already installed shop. I *thiink* - it's a long time since I have looked at this piece of logic/code.
