SQL High CPU usage error
Hi;
I just started with a new domain and phoenix 1.0.8.20.
I just hit analyze button on my database... and The host suspended account says high CPU usage for my database due to process threads and unoptimized database.
I am not able to figure out the issue with it.
Can the Pro's please help me understand what shall be wrong with the database?
I am really stuck and unable to understand what may be causing the issue??
Please can you help me fix the issue.
Thank you in advance;
Warm Regds./

Re: SQL High CPU usage error
Ask your host what SQL is causing issues. If they do not know, or cannot answer...change host.

You need someone who is a host to look at this.radhavallabh wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2023 9:37 am I just received a log file from them, Have PM you the same dear..

It's not something I can help with.
Ask your own host, they know their systems.

Re: SQL High CPU usage error
You can PM me the logs if you want.
However, I suspect that the upshot is going to be to switch to a different host, as Burt already suggested. It sounds to me like they're basically saying, "Your site seems busy--we don't do that here, that's how we stay so cheap." Unless it's one of the certified hosts, there's not much we can do to influence them.

Re: SQL High CPU usage error
I had something similar with one of my hosts a few years ago, and they told me exactly what was causing the problem. They even gave me advice on how to cure it. I cant remember what we did though, so I cant be much more help. I had to create a support ticket, they looked further into the cause and rectified the problem. I did change hosts though as I couldn't have them shut everything off again.
Good luck and I hope you get it sorted. Nothing worse than a host that blames everyone else for a problem and wont give help.

Re: SQL High CPU usage error
Still trying to sort it as they are really of no help in rectifying the issue, apart from the logs they gave.14Steve14 wrote: ↑Thu May 18, 2023 4:46 pm I had something similar with one of my hosts a few years ago, and they told me exactly what was causing the problem.
