Duplicate and Lost items?

Hello, pretty new to this so I will probably have some terminologies incorrect. Sorry in advance.

So I have some items on my website that I can't change or even find in the products pages of the admin/editor.

They show up on the "relevant items" pages of the admin/editor but no where else. is there any way i might find them?

It's impossible to guess what changes have been made to your installation that have caused this problem.
Products will be in the database but it would be more important to identify and fix the changes that have caused this problem.
Providing more information will help you get the help you need.

Sorry for not replying to this, I moved onto other things and forgot about it lol.

I think I might have worked it out,
It hasn't been a reoccurring thing and only happened over a month or 2 when the website was started but those items have remained since.

I have only just really started learning about sql and data bases and now have access to the data base so I can delete those items from there.
