If a product is on stock it will not show

If you click the emoticon it will not change

If you go to the product and change the emoticon and you go back there is no change

We found out after we made some extra emoticon but even if you have 1 emoticon it will not be different

I made some extra emoticons, but presume we go from the standard version

As you can see we have some emoticons, if you click on it , it will not change the value and for sure not the original value

we can edit any value on the product page and save it

a second question is in the code

where is status coming from, we do not see it in any fields , arrays or even variables

I think that you have broken something.
The system works fine, you can try this by installing a new 1.0.9.6 for testing.

'status' is alias for products_status from Table: products

what is mean is you can edit and it will change (aprovment against what i had) but you can not click on the icon right away

You can click the GREY "x" icon.

On your 217612 product, click the grey "x" - it will turn red, meaning the product is not active.
On your anslultsett compleet product, click the grey "✔" - it will turn green, meaning the product is active.

If something shows RED, it is not active.
If something shows GREEN, it is active.

Go from red to green, by clicking the grey X or the grey ✔

but that is exactly what does not function, for an example on specials it works but not on the catalog

It is likely that all your changes has broken it somehow.
