Hi everyone.
I want to do advertising via facebook / instagram and my marketing guy told me I should integrate the "facebook pixel". I was wondering if anyone has already done the integration of the PIXEL API (events are pushed to facebook when viewing product / clicking in cart ..).
Is there an addon for this? it looks very complex at first sight and there are of course many integrations on the facebook site, but not for phoenixcart...

Looks like you need to first generate your Meta Pixel's "Base Code" in your Meta Ads Manager and that code needs to be in <head> section of /templates/default/includes/components/template_top.php

I made a Pixel thing in the very first iteration of the "Days Of Code" offers, which was back in February 2015 !
I think it would likely have been a Header Tag Module as Hooks weren't really the big thing then, that they are now.
I could probably find it, but as it's almost 10 years old the codebase would be out of date.
It might be useable as a starting point.

I have done now pixel integrations throught the tagmanager, from google, that works
but i'm struggeling with the conversion API with tagmanager, i have a doc but i don't get it
