Is there no way to stop this accidental breakage by either removing the option or by including warning text within the module?

Payment modules should enforce this in blocking uninstalling the module. We could add zone_id and country_id to the list at https://github.com/CE-PhoenixCart/Phoen ... ut.php#L15

Not sure if any of the third party modules use that.

I'll think about how to remove the ability to disable these modules to bypass the uninstall check.

There are shops which only sell domestic and countries which do not use state ( example: Germany). It might be handy for these to have a setting in the module, linked with optional, to not show state entry but have it installed and enabled.

The before mentioned errors do not appear if the module is enabled, optional and no state is filled in delivery and payment address.

Products that have been copied to other categories do not appear on the shop side. but they shows on the admin side

I have just tested in a default install, by "link" copying the `Citrus > Grapefruit` product into `Vegetables`.
It worked fine both admin side and shop side.

Having installed the horizontal menu on 1.0.9.10 it does work great on wide screen, but on small screens it does not show a toggle bar or a list, instead it shows "Toggle Menu" which is not even clickable on the right side of the screen below the navbar items. Is there a solution to this by any chance? Thanks in advance for the help.

The "toggle menu" text is not clickable, the three bars button at the left is clickable.

It would not be possible to diagnose further unless you have a URL you can show so we can see your code.

The 'hamburger' menu icon is there but you have changed style colors so the white icon does not show.
