You didn’t say that you get it in this module. Let’s the authors of the module solve this. I do not get this error.

Works fine but may need uninstalling and reinstalling as default country did not work until I did so.

When updating any Addon, it should be first uninstalled before updated/uploaded, then installed otherwise things can break.

Works for me.
Just changed in the module to United States and, on create_account see this:
