@burt There was a list/grid header tag in v1.0.1.0. I copied it over to the 1.0.3.0 site I'm working on, but it doesn't seem to work.

My fault. I was looking in the wrong place. If entering a quantity of one (1) in each of the four (4) screen sizes in the correct place (admin/configuration/product listing), it works. It replicates a 'list view'.
