Move name/text in content or layout

I'm try to move the text from above the article picture , to right hand of it :


No matter what i change in content or layout, it doesn't move, it was smaler or larger inbetween. but no sucess. Can you help me ?

change the content container for Products Name to

col-sm-12 text-end
