I understand. Recently we had a user post this;
getting developers to do work for you is like taking on a new mortgage. Imagine someone charging you hundreds of pounds to do small changes for you, and phoenix is supposed to be free?
which was a bit disappointing and is (a small part of) the reason why I wanted a `pricing` page which lays out the fact that phoenix software is freely downloadable and free to use in perpetuity ... there might be costs to using it especially when user wants something that is outside of the scope of core code. My thought was a user who reads about hosting and maintenance costs etc is less likely to become someone who feels they should get free `everything`.

It's free, you are free to pay something to make mods or make you own.

Think that as it's free, someone must spend his time to work for me, is a anomal thinking.

It's like I make for you a dog house for free, and you want to someone add a chimmeney and for free...

Simply add "excluding hosting costs" ;)

Don't know if anyone noticed the change I made (a few weeks ago);

Oh yes, I had seen it before stepping away again. Since I had started the discussion, I was following the topic ;)
