Confirmed. I see a flash of the special price, which then disappears.

For testing turn off the addon that introduces the "inc vat" change in the price area.
Reload the page & see if it then works as intended.

I have stripped that add-on out, and any related hooks, do not see it flash anymore, but still not showing old price crossed out on certain pages.

OK. That one can be re-introduced if you like.

Now uninstall the addon that updates the product price when an option is chosen.
Reload page and see if fixed.

Yes as soon as i uninstalled the "Options & Attributes Price Update" which is a PI module, it started to work

I will dig a little deeper to find its origins.

Yes its an addon, I will contact the writer and inform of the issue and see if there is a fix, thanks for narrowing it down.

It does not seem to work nicely on products with options/attributes that are special offer.

There are two overlapping addons that do a similar job, one made under the old `PRO` supporters scheme and another made by @raiwa.

The supporters version is just some JS in a header tag, so I think it is not that version. I think you are using Rainers.

Yes, but it's a commercial purchase, so I have sent him an email direct.

Just an update: everything is working now as it should after an update provided by the add-on developer.
