Changing the "About Us"

I am new to all of this, so please understand that I do not know where everything is at. I am trying to change the text inside of the "About Us" section of the home page. Thanks and sorry for the simple question...

Amend /includes/languages/english/modules/content/footer/cm_footer_text.php

Which can also be done at Admin > Tools > Define Languages

I am using OSCOM CE Phoenix v1.0.7.12. incase you need to know.
