PayPal Express Checkout Not showing Shipping

Hello,

Using CE Phoenix v1.0.8.0:

For those new to CE Phoenix and are having problem with the shipping charges in the "PayPal Express Checkout" not showing.
To fix the problem goto:
Admin => PayPal => Express Checkout
Under Checkout Flow check "Classic"

For some reason this fixes the problem.
