Braintree mod is not adding the order to customer's order history, but is in the admin order history, what's wrong?

Hi Everyone,

This is a new install of version CE Phoenix Cart v1.0.8.6.

I was successful in installing the braintree mod. Once the order is successfully placed, the order shows up in the admin area, however, it doesn't show up in the customer's order history. It's like the customer order was not placed.

Any idea what's wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

have you tried going to the order status page, within your admin, and made sure that the public status is ticked?
