Bank transfer Module

Hey Guys, please excuse the dumb question, I am new to shop design & Coding.

I need to add the bank transfer module to my clients store so that her clients can pay into her bank account. Where would I go to add the code I downloaded from the CE Phoenix free addons?

Transfer the files in the add-on to the same locations on your server.
There are only 2 files in that add-on.
One goes to /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/
One goes to /includes/modules/payment/

i finally go the bank transfer module in. can you advise if i am missing something as i cannot see it on the website.

Modules > Payment > Install module....

Module has been installed, when i go to the payment option it does not show me the payment option to select

Under the payment zone, i had it marked for South Africa, as soon as i changed it to none, it worked and showed up on the store.
