Update from OSCOM CE Phoenix v1.0.4.0 to 1.0.8.11

Hello fello members,

I am working on a website which is currently Phoeix v1.0.4.0 and I want to update it to latest release version which is 1.0.8.11

So is their any update / upgrade routine procedure I need to follow or just simply upload all the files and connect it with the old db and replace logo and other stuff.

Or it's going to be more then that.

Keep in mind you still need to consider any of your custom changes and addons as there is a lot that has changed since 1040. You can also download and install the free core compare tool to see what files are changed/addded to your 1040 install prior to upgrade.

Thanks man. that helped a lot. much appreciated. I was able to did the whole migration in about 3 - 4 hours time span instread of days spending on it one by one.
