Customers Edit not working

Hi;
I am using 1.0.8.14, and the customers edit seems to be working till 1.0.8.12 all fine;
But now When I click on a customer in admin, It does not display the details, neither on clicking edit it displays the details of the customer.
Can you please help to determine the issue as no error is thrown in the php log file;

There is no issue on a clean 1.0.8.14 or an updated 1.0.8.14 so maybe check you have updated correctly.

I reuploaded the customers.php file but still no avail, Does not display information on the admin side for any customer...
Can you suggest which other files I should re-upload to make sure that I did not miss out on any...

I can only suggest checking the files in the updates since 1.0.8.12

I went through the files again but nothing seems out of place...
To try understand more about the issue I added a admin comment on the customers.php edit page (Although none other fields were displaying like in my screenshot)
I get below error-

One more strange thing dear beside every customer in infobox it is showing 'Number of Reviews: 1' where as some of the customers have not added a review.
So am feeling a little lost on what may have gone wrong...

This is occurring even on default install of 1.0.8.14 -
Beside every customer in infobox it is showing 'Number of Reviews: 1' where as some of the customers have not added a review.

I was finally able to fix it by uninstalling and re-installing all the customer data modules!!

Just one issue

Even the default installs of 1.0.8.14 on localhost or live show 'Number of Reviews: 1' on each selected customer on customers.php in admin - although the selected customers have not posted any review.

Is there a fix for it?? Or does it need to be reported to dear @ecartz for further analyses...

I also see that on 1.0.8.8 but I have no 'fix'.
