How to change the Welcome message on Home page

Hi Everyone just installed the cart, and loving it

Just a little confused on where i can change the welcome message on the home screen ?

Also i want to install the bank transfer module (free) but not sure how to ??

Download and follow instructions if they are included, usually just upload to server and install in Admin>Modules
