Virtual Product Support?

Post by cwh2000 »

Hi all,

Does CE Phoenix v1.0.9.9 support virtual products or a newer version?

Thanks,
Craig

What is a `virtual product` ?
I know what I think it is, but that might be different to your thinking..

As far as I know, all versions of Phoenix support downloadable products. Documentation

Phoenix allows you to add in the file as a download as a zipped folder. It can be free or paid for. We use both using the attributes system.

You can also add in text links to product descriptions to open a file saved on your server.

You used to be able to add a button to the product page to allow downloading but not too sure if the addon is still available, but it shouldn't be too hard to get something like that coded.
