From admin go to Catalog → Reviews to see this:
This lists all reviews made by customers on the shop products page but not yet published.
Administrators are able to see and edit reviews here before publishing and also add reviews received from customers elsewhere other than on the shop.
Note that the Modules Content Reviews product_info module is installed by default to display reviews on the shop.
To edit a review:
- Click on a review in the list to select it.
- Click Edit to see this:
