From admin go to 
Modules → Customer data - you will see this:
The modules displayed on the create account page for data input requested from customers when they create an account are shown with a Sort Order not equal to 0.
The sort order of display can be changed
These are the ones shown above with a Sort Order not equal to 0 - ignore those with a Sort Order of 0 which are used by the system but not displayed on the create account page.
Change the settings to False as required but do not change those with a Sort Order of 0.
