Administration

First you must open a merchant account with PayPal.

  • From admin go to Adminnavbarpaypal.png PayPal → Start to see this:

  • Click the blue Retrieve Live Credentials button.
  • This will automatically redirect to the PayPal page.
  • Log in at PayPal and follow the prompts to complete the process to automatically be redirected back.
  • PayPal credentials will be shown and saved.
  • Menu items have now been added for information only - no changes are required:
    • Balance
    • Configure
    • Credentials
    • Log




If problems arise using the Retrieve Live Credentials button, use the Manage Your API Credentials button to manually enter your credentials.

Log in to your Paypal account to request or find your API Credentials.

The API Credentials consists of API Username, API Password, API Signature, Merchant Account ID, PayPal E-Mail Address.

See API Access in the list, click Update

Scroll down the page to see Custom checkout experience and NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic)

Click Request API credentials if you have not already done so, otherwise click Manage API credentials

To find your Merchant Account ID in your Paypal account, go to Account settings, click Business Information in the side menu.
