From admin go to Configuration → My Store - you will see this:
Some settings for My Store are already personalised from when you installed Phoenix but they can be changed now if required.
- Store Name
- Store Owner
- E-Mail Address
- E-Mail From
- Click Sort Order in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set to desc - descending or asc - ascending as required.
- Click Save
- Click Sort Field in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set to products_name or date_expected as required.
- Click Save
- Click Country in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Enter the Country in which your shop is located from the drop down menu.
- Click Save
- Click Zone in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Enter the Zone in which your shop is located from the drop down menu.
- Click Save
- Click Switch To Default Language Currency in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set to true if you have more than one language installed - the currency will change to match the language selected by the customer.
- Click Save
- Click Send Extra Order E-Mails To in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- By default, an email will be sent to the E-Mail Address set above and to the customer when they have completed an order in the shop. If required, order emails can be sent to additional email addresses entered here in the format Name 1 <email@address1>, Name 2 <email@address2>
- Click Save
- Click Use Search-Engine Safe URLs in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set this to change the format of the URL of your pages.
- Set to false shows yoursite/product_info.php?products_id=2
- Set to true shows yoursite/product_info.php/products_id/2
- Click Save
- Click Display Cart After Adding Product in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set as required to redirect the customer to the shopping cart page or stay on the product page after adding the product to cart.
- Set to false keeps the customer on the product page and displays a success message e.g. Lemons has been added to your cart
- Set to true redirects the customer to the shopping cart page and displays the same success message.
- Click Save

- Click Default Search Operator in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set to either and or or. Experiment with this to see which operator gives you more accurate search results.
- Click Save
- Click Store Address in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Enter your address as you wish - your VAT or Tax Number could also be added at the end - this will be displayed on documents and on the shop.
- Click Save
- Click Store Phone in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Enter your telephone number as you wish - this will be displayed on documents and on the shop.
- Click Save
- Click Tax Decimal Places in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set this to correlate with your tax rates e.g. leave as 0 for 20% - set to 2 for 17.75%.
- Click Save
- Click Display Prices with Tax in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set to true if you wish to show all prices inclusive of tax otherwise tax will only be added in checkout.
- Click Save
- Click Allow All Reviews in the list to select it.
- Click Edit
- Set as required.
- Set to true enables customers to submit reviews on any product.
- Set to false enables customers to submit reviews only on products they have purchased.
- Click Save
