From admin dashboard go to Localization → Languages - you will see this:
CE Phoenix is installed with English U.S. as default language.
If you wish to use other languages, other Language Packs are available so first download and install if required.
- Add the new language by clicking New Language
- Enter values for Name:, Code:, Image: and Directory: which will be included with the Language Pack you installed.
- Enter a value for the Sort Order:
- Tick the Set as default box for the language you require.
- Click Save
