From admin dashboard go to Localization → Languages - you will see this:

CE Phoenix is installed with English U.S. as default language.

Other Language Packs are available so first download and install if required.

• If you wish to have a single language shop other than English.
  • Add the new language by clicking New Language
  • Enter values for Name:, Code:, Image: and Directory: which will be included with the Language Pack you installed.
  • Enter a value for the Sort Order:
  • Tick the Set as default box.
  • Click Save
  • Click on English in the list to select it.
  • Click Delete

• If you wish to have a multi language shop.
  • For each language.
  • Add the new language by clicking New Language
  • Enter values for Name:, Code:, Image: and Directory: which will be included with the Language Pack you installed.
  • Enter a value for the Sort Order:
  • Tick the Set as default box for the default language you require.
  • Click Save

• If more than one language is installed, CE Phoenix will automatically redirect to the language used by the user's browser.
• You can allow the user to change the language shown.
  • From admin go to Modules → Navbar Modules
  • Click Install Module
  • Click Languages in the list to select it.
  • Click Install Module
  • Click Edit
  • Choose a Content Placement Group option to display on the left or right of the Navigation Bar.
  • Enter a value for Sort Order to change its position on the Navigation Bar
  • Click Save
