Administration
From admin go to 
Catalog → Products Expected to see this:
This will list all products for which you have set a Date Available in the product - see Categories/Products
Click Edit which will open up the product page to edit if required.
These products will show on the shop on the main index page in the Upcoming Products content index module which is installed by default - go to Modules → Content - look for Upcoming Products in the list in the index group.
Phoenix Cart User Guide, like CE Phoenix Cart, is free to use but is maintained by unpaid volunteers.
