Phoenix is regularly updated with improvements so keep up to date by visiting the News section of Phoenixcart.
The latest version of Phoenix is kept updated for public download at GitHub at the following address:
If you need to download the complete Phoenix, on GitHub click on the Clone or download button and click Download ZIP to download to your computer Downloads folder.
Otherwise updates are released as a separate download only containing those files that have been changed.
To install a new version follow the instructions given with the latest release.
If you are behind on updating new releases you must install all of the updates one by one e.g. if you are currently running v1.0.2.6 and the latest version to be released is v1.0.2.9, you must first install v1.0.2.7, then v1.0.2.8, then v1.0.2.9
If you are managing your own software then it is recommended to make an account at GitHub (it's free) and learn how to use GitHub to keep your own version up to date - see How to use GitHub
