Chrome is free to download and use at the following link:

Use the software as an internet browser.
Right click on any page, click Inspect in the menu.
A new pane opens up on the right of the screen with many useful web developer tools.
Most commonly used - click the inspect icon at the top left of the pane - it will turn blue - then move your cursor around the page and hover on any element to show information - click any element and the full details will show in the right pane.
The element class or id will show as well as all the css styles that define how it displays.
