From admin go to Configuration → Product Listing to see this:

Phoenix looks great as it is but there are options to change the layout if required. To change any setting:

• Click the item in the Title column list to select it.
• Click it again to edit.
• Change the settings in the edit panel.
• Click Save

• Product Card Layout
  • The product listing displays a layout of products in separate elements or cards which are part of the responsive mobile friendly Bootstrap system that is part of Phoenix.
  • card-deck, set as default, displays the cards separated by a margin gap between them.
  • card-group displays the cards with no margin between them.
  • card-columns is a Bootstrap option but does not work well with most shops.
• The number of cards to show in each row i.e. across the width of the screen defaults to 1 for mobile phones.
• This can otherwise be set for each screen size.
  • Products In Each Row (SM)
  • Products In Each Row (MD)
  • Products In Each Row (LG)
  • Products In Each Row (XL)
