How to Install an Addon
Here, by How to Install an Addon, we mean how to download the addon, for example, from the Addons Library.
Then how to upload the addon to your server so it can then be installed/enabled.
Downloaded addons are usually in the form of a zip file.
A zip file is compressed to make download easier.
After downloading to your computer, unzip the file.
This is usually simply done by - right click → Extract all...
Uploading the contents of the unzipped addon can be done in the control panel of some servers.
Alternatively, it can be done with FTP software FTP software e.g. see FileZilla for details.
The contents of the unzipped addon will have a folder/directory structure that matches the structure of your store folders/directories.
Ensure the folders/directories and/or files are uploaded from your computer to the matching locations in your shop on the server.
If you have difficulty doing this, employ the author of the addon to do it for you.
