Set up Languages
From admin dashboard go to 
Localization → Languages - you will see this:
CE Phoenix Cart is installed with English U.S. as default language.
Other Languages
Other Language Packs are published in the Addons Library where the .zip files can be downloaded.
There is a link to these Addons near the top right of the Admin page.
After download, unzip the file and upload to your server.
Language Packs are created by and maintained by volunteers so support for them is only available from the author.
Single Language
- If you wish to have a single language store other than English.
- Add the new language by clicking New Language
- Enter values for Name:, Code:, Image: and Directory: which will be included with the Language Pack you installed.
- Enter a value for the Sort Order:
- Tick the Set as default box.
- Click Save
- Click on English in the list to select it.
- Click Delete
Multiple Languages
- If you wish to have a multi language store.
- For each language.
- Add the new language by clicking New Language
- Enter values for Name:, Code:, Image: and Directory: Details should be included with the Language Pack you installed.
- Enter a value for the Sort Order:
- Tick the Set as default box for the default language you require.
- Click Save
NOTE: No matter what language is set as default, multilingual websites will always show, if possible, the preferred language set in the browser of the user's computer.
- Enable customer to select the language shown in the store.
- From admin go to Modules → Navbar Modules
- Click Install Module
- Click Languages in the list to select it.
- Click Install Module
- Click Edit
- Choose a Content Placement Group option to display on the left or right of the Navigation Bar.
- Enter a value for Sort Order to change its position on the Navigation Bar
- Click Save
