Ok. What I'm going to do is restore the database to before installation.

I will reinstall again. I think I had the settings incorrect. I was using 2 attributes on this site but only was using 1 attribute on the other site.

I restored the database and re-installed QTPro. Checkout is working. I removed includes\hooks\admin\siteWide\swQtPro.php. It loads faster. I listed the issues in another topic.
