You can change any text in a language file define - see Change Language Files.

To find a language file to change, use a file editor such as Visual Code Studio or Notepad++ to search your backup folder - see Visual Studio Code

For our example: How to change Welcome email text.

Open Visual Code Studio - click File-Open Folder to browse to your back up Phoenix folder/directory. Click Edit-Find in Files and enter the text you want to change in the search. In this case enter We welcome - this will show all files where that text occurs - in this case it shows create_account.php - click on
